When downloading the software please be sure to download the .exe “If you’re unable to download the .exe file, please check that your Laptop/PC’s firewall settings allow downloads.
Once downloaded, install the software on the Laptop/PC by clicking the .exe file and following the install instructions.
The software is best used on a laptop that can be taken close to the satellite positioner/control box in the motorhome or caravan. (Note – this is the long white or black box that the power cables, antenna coax etc plug into, not the small square remote display)
In order to load the new parameters to the positioner/control box, a USB printer cable is required – USB-A to USB-B as pictured below. These are available from most places that sell computer accessories – Noel Leeming, PB Tech, JB HiFi to name a few.
Once the full procedure as outlined in the video has been completed, it is important that the power is reset to the positioner/control box by removing and replacing the small flat white plug at the rear of the positioner/control box as pictured:
